Company.info is growing, and we're doing it together
Since our inception in 1998, Company.info has experienced significant growth in the Netherlands. We aim to continue this growth, not only in the Netherlands but also beyond. That's why we're working tirelessly to establish a new state-of-the-art data platform and a new online environment for our customers.
Additionally, we're creating a completely new API platform for integrating our data. This will make it even easier for our data to be used in our customers' systems and in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Exact. The beauty of it all is that our entire organization is involved in such developments. Sales and Support provide their input from a customer perspective, which Marketing can then use to develop new, distinctive propositions for the market. Together, we're shaping our future.
We also pay a lot of attention to your personal development. We regularly organize hackathons, brainstorming sessions, and in-house training. And if you're looking to advance within Company.info, that's fantastic! We're more than happy to help you find the right path. Working together, having fun together
A great work atmosphere naturally calls for a pleasant workplace. We've got that covered! In our colorful, open office near Overamstel metro station, we start our day at the central bar. Every month, we hold our "Let’s Connect" gathering to reflect and look ahead. To learn more about each other's culinary cultures, our international colleagues introduce us to typical snacks from their countries or cultures. Oh, and our Friday afternoon drinks (vrijmibo) are on Thursdays because most people work in the office on Thursdays. You can choose to work from home or elsewhere for two days a week. We also enjoy many fun activities together! Colleagues play paddle tennis on the courts next to our office, and the table tennis table and pool table are a hotspot during lunch and after work. Every year, we organize a fantastic company outing.

What? Yes, Ciudos. Call it our incentive system. Everyone working with us can earn Ciudos in various ways. For example, by making a positive contribution with your team towards our quarterly business objectives, such as revenue targets or progress in developing our data platform. Or by attending training sessions or courses for personal development. We also believe in making a positive impact on society. Hence, activities for charitable causes are rewarded, such as participating in the Night of the Refugee or collecting items for Ukraine.
All accumulated Ciudos are tallied, resulting in a reward for the entire organization! And these rewards are not to be taken lightly. Depending on the number of Ciudos earned, they range from a vibrant party with an overnight stay in the Netherlands to a fully arranged weekend getaway to a Mediterranean location.
