Do you want to rebuild and scale a KYC platform that processes high-impact business data? Your Role

• Rebuild and scale our KYC workflow platform

• Shape AI-augmented development standards within the backend chapter

• Contribute to architectural decisions and system reliability
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain scalable backend services in Golang

• Design APIs and event-driven systems in AWS

• Contribute to technical roadmap and engineering standards

• Improve and guide AI-assisted development practices

• Set up monitoring, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code

• Own services in production: testing, performance, reliability, and incident handling

Team and culture

You’ll join a Product & Tech department of around 40 people, working in small multidisciplinary teams with end-to-end ownership. There’s little hierarchy and plenty of room for initiative. Engineers drive technical decisions and are trusted to take responsibility from idea to production. We move fast, care about quality, and aim for simple, scalable solutions. What You Bring

Essential

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience (strong in Golang; Java is a plus)

• Experience with API architecture and microservices

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms

• Extensive hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, including a clear vision on tooling choices, code quality, and responsible use

• Experience with relational databases
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven architectures

• Kubernetes and containerization experience

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)

• Experience mentoring or coaching engineers

• Familiarity with workflow engines like Temporal or Argo
